**A bracket should be attached within 2 "to 6" of each end of your alternating shade.
For blinds delivered with 3 or 4 brackets, attach these brackets so that there is the same space between each of them.
First attach the brackets to the inside frame of the top of your window. Place these so that they are all aligned to make it easier to attach your awning later.
Once your brackets are attached to the inside of your window, insert the upper front part of the front of your blind cassette to the bracket part. Then push the rear part of your awning cassette so that your awning is held in place. To do this, once your blind is fully pressed against the support, press your finger on the back part of your cassette and adding pressure to it, you will be able to hear a '' CLICK '' which will confirm that your cassette is securely attached to the holder. Each support must be supported individually.
To assemble your brackets, you can refer to the following image.
First attach the brackets to the exterior frame or to the wall space at the top of your window (depending on the location of the measurement taken previously). Place these so that they are all aligned to make it easier to attach your awning later.
Once your brackets are attached to the outside of your window, insert the upper front part of the front of your blind cassette to the bracket part.

A new Corded Window Covering Regulations (CWCR) under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) has come into force.
The CWCR requirements play an important role in helping to eliminate the strangulation hazard associated with string window coverings and help protect the health and safety of children.
The law requires that the length of a reachable cord cannot exceed 22 cm (8 ½’’) on all window coverings whether they are made in Canada or imported.
TrueBlinds is proud to offer you safe solutions for your window coverings.
