2. Transfers to the production department

After receiving your order via our website, we then transfer the order to our department which manages all production.

3. Analysis of the order

Our production department teams analyze your order and determines the materials needed to custom make your blind. If necessary, they order missing parts from our suppliers.

4. Cutting of the components

We then proceed to the cutting of the aluminum components of your blinds as well as the cutting of the fabric.

5. Pre-inspection of the fabric

6. Blind assembly

All our blinds are tailor-made, and we prioritize quality. Of course, we assemble our blinds in our workshops, that ables us to control and confirm correct dimensions.

7. Final inspection

After assembling your blinds and confirming their quality level, we proceed with the final inspection. We make sure that the order is fulfilled and that our customer will be satisfied.

8. Product packaging

In order to get the blinds to you in perfect conditions, we pack the product in ultra-protective bubble wrap. Secondly, we pack your order in rigid cardboard boxes.

9. Pick up the package

Finally, our teams forward your package delivery to our shipping partner who then will transport your package to your door.

10. Transport and delivery

Our delivery partner delivers your order to you! In case of absence, the driver can leave the package if he considers that your home offers a dry and safe place to leave your delivery.
