What happens if I am absent when my order is delivered?

We've got you covered when it comes to delivery! We use a courier service that never leaves a package without the recipient's approval.

If you're not home at delivery, they won't just leave your package and run. Instead, they'll leave a sticky note on your door asking you to get in touch with them. This way, you can talk directly with the transportation company to work out a delivery arrangement that suits you best. You'll have peace of mind knowing you're in control of when and where your package gets delivered.

We're all about making sure the delivery process is smooth and secure for you. If you have any more concerns or queries, don't hesitate to drop us a line!
