We’re happy to offer free shipping across Canada on all eligible orders.

* Some remote and northern regions, as well as areas with special delivery requirements, are not eligible for standard free shipping. For the postal codes listed below, a flat shipping fee applies per order.

Remote and northern areas are generally identified by the first three characters of the Canadian postal code (FSA), which carriers use to identify certain special delivery areas.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

To help protect your order, our deliveries generally require a signature or authorization from the recipient. This helps prevent packages from being left outside unattended or exposed to rain, snow, or other weather conditions.

If you’re not home, check your package tracking using the link you received by email when your order was shipped. Depending on the carrier, they may make another delivery attempt, leave a delivery notice, or take the package to a pickup location.

We understand this may require a little extra planning, but this precaution helps keep your order protected until it’s safely in your hands.
