MECHANISM TYPES
Chain Guard
- Continuous chain with a transparent plastic chain guard and a fixed mounting system.
- To lower the shade, gently pull down on the chain. To raise the shade, use the opposite side of the chain,
pulling softly upward.
Cordless Mechanism “Zero Gravity”
- Provides smooth adjustment to the desired height, effortlessly and cord-free, for a safe and simple user
experience.
- Gently pull the bottom rail down to the desired position and release. The shade will stay in place. To adjust
again, take hold of the bottom rail and raise or lower to the new position, then release. Thanks to its balanced
system, the shade stops automatically without jerks or sudden movement.
SmartMotion Motorization
- Enjoy smooth, quiet, and effortless control of your blinds with the SmartMotion Wi-Fi motorization system for a
modern, simple, and comfortable experience.

How to Use:
Use the remote to raise, lower, or stop the shade exactly where you want. Once
connected to your compatible smart-home system, you can also operate your shades using voice commands or create
automated opening and closing schedules.
INSTALLATION TYPES
Inside Mount – No deductions required
- For inside window installations, do not make deductions yourself. We will take the necessary deductions for you.
Always enter the exact window measurements when placing your order.
- Please note: all inside-mounted roller shades will have a light gap between the fabric and the window frame.
INSTALLATION – SIDE LIGHT-BLOCKING RAILS
- Standard Screw Mount: Permanent installation with screws directly through the side rails into
the inside window frame. The strongest and most stable installation method. Available for inside mount
installations only.
- Double-Sided Tape: Side rails are secured using high-performance adhesive tape, with no
drilling required. The window frame must be perfectly straight and flat to ensure proper adhesion. A curved
frame may cause the rails to lift at the top or bottom and allow light gaps to appear in the center.
- Magnetic Mount: A magnetic strip is installed on both the side rails and the window frame to
hold the rails securely in place, while still allowing them to be easily removed for access to the window
mechanism or lock. The window frame must be perfectly straight and flat. A curved frame may reduce the magnetic
holding strength and create light gaps in the center.
CASSETTE

Residual Light Disclaimer:
Blackout Plus shades with side light-blocking rails are designed to significantly reduce light leakage along the
sides in order to improve room darkening performance.
However, Blackout Plus products are not designed to provide complete darkness. A slight line of light around the
product may remain visible, particularly at the top, bottom, or near the edges. This residual light is normal, is an
inherent part of the product design, and does not constitute a defect.
